    • - senior citizens over 65
    • - Preschoolers accompanied by an adult
Cancel reservation and Refunds
  1. If you have booked tickets through internet or by ARS
    • - Cancellation and refunds are closed 3 hours ahead of the kick-off time.
    • - Refund at the ticket booth on the match day is not available.
    • - Credit card purchase only allows the cancellation of the whole tickets, not part of what you have bought.
  2. If you have bought at the ticket booth on the match day
    • - You can get the refund only before the kick-off time.
